Aston Martin DB6 Band MkII, Car That’s Used by William-Kate

Prince William and his new bride, Kate Middleton, was escorted from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace, London, using a 1902nd carriage made. After their first kiss on the Buckingham Palace balcony, the royal couple rode out the Palace uses Aston Martin DB6 Band MkII. William and Kate then escorted by a black Range Rover around the Palace. Both of them, waving hands greet thousands of spectators.

As reported Insideline, this car has been modified, especially on fuel. This 42-years-old Aston Martin was no longer using gasoline, but bioethanol, which is processed from environmentally friendly wine dregs.

The car was purchased by William’s father, Prince Charles, in 1969. The Aston Martin convertible use plates “Ju5t WED. ”

This car made only 38 units. DB6 Band MkII was built in July 1969 to November 1970, with the original engine 4.0 liter inline six-cylinder-powered 325 HP.
